In a recent post on her Instagram on the 30th of November 2021, Apostle Folorunso Alakija Africa’s richest woman who is also the Grand Matron of the largest entrepreneurship network in Africa, Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) declared she was visiting Ondo state Nigeria to speak at the unemployment summit tagged Job creation through entrepreneurship on the 3rd of December, 2021 at the Dome Event Centre Akure, Ondo State Nigeria.

She further announced her commitment to be part of the summit that will give young entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn, see and understand how they can be job creators rather than depending on the government to provide them with employment, the summit will first address unemployment as a problem then proffer solution to them. The summit will host many prominent and serial entrepreneurs with years of experience who will be gracing this mega event to share their experiences and provide solutions to unemployment in Ondo state.

In her statement, Apostle Folorunso Alakija said, “As the Grand Matron of the African entrepreneurship empowerment platform, A.Y.E, I will also be giving the keynote address on the topic “Job Creation through Entrepreneurship. Part of my visit will be a tour of the Entrepreneurship Village and a courtesy visit to Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN”.
