—– Nour Ben Sheikh Larbi —–
Born in May 2000, she began music lessons at the National Conservatory of Tunis at the age of six. She started playing the piano at the age of eight and eventually obtained the national diploma in Arabic music at the age of fourteen.
It was only at the age of fifteen that we discovered the hidden talent of this singing prodigy when she joined the lyrical singing workshop within the same establishment. We can say that it didn't take long before she made her first stage as a singer, and since then it has never stopped until today.
During this modest career, Nour had the opportunity to join the Tunisian youth orchestra where she was able to rub shoulders with other artists from several disciplines and reveal her talent to other artists and of course to her audience.
Today, Nour performs with the musical project “Ocelosia Band” which is a collective which covers theme songs from well-known cartoons and which become hits with an audience who spent their youth with these songs. Nour is among the founding members of this project and is considered a star or leader of the latter which since its creation has toured quite regularly in Tunisia, each time selling out rooms and receiving considerable media coverage.
Nour's personal project which is most close to her heart today is simply entitled “Nour” where she collaborates with the musician producer Mohamed Hmida in an original creation where the two artists each put their know-how, experiences and imprints to give taste and life to it.
